Refund & Return Policy
Introduction
At Pehnawa Couture, every creation is a work of art, exclusively designed and handcrafted to reflect your individuality and elegance. Because our dresses, jewellery, and bags are fully customized as per client specifications, our refund and return policy follows a strict framework to maintain the exclusivity and authenticity of each product.
1. General Policy
All dresses, jewellery, and bags are custom-made, handcrafted, and tailored specifically for each client. As a result, returns and refunds are not applicable unless the product is found to be defective due to an error on the part of Pehnawa Couture. By placing an order, clients agree and acknowledge this no-return, no-refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect. To be eligible: The client must provide a complete unboxing video, starting from the sealed package until the product is fully revealed. The defect must be clearly visible in the video and verifiable by our quality team. Without the unboxing video, refund or replacement claims will not be considered.
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if: incorrect measurements, preferences, or design details were provided by the client; the client has a change of mind after purchase; minor variations in color, texture, or finish occur due to the handmade and artisanal nature of the products; or the product is damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper care.
4. Process for Approved Refunds
Once the unboxing video is reviewed and the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with one of the following: Replacement/Repair of the defective product, Store Credit that can be used for future purchases, or Refund to the original payment method (only in rare cases where repair/replacement is not possible). Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7ā14 business days.
5. Handmade Jewellery & Bags
All jewellery and bags are handcrafted, and slight variations in finish, design, or color are natural and part of their artisanal beauty. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
6. Responsibility of Clients
Clients must ensure accurate measurements and design choices are shared at the time of order. Proper handling and care must be followed to maintain the quality of Pehnawa Couture products.
7. Shipping Costs
In case of an approved return (due to defect), Pehnawa Couture will bear the shipping cost. In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
